  How appaling it is to have to wait an HR on hold for a taxi to respond only to have the connection be canceled on u twice starting calling at 7am it's now 9 am and still no response from the receptionist noregard for customer service

  Cabbies in this area are of a different breed, They're always pleasent and easy going, I use this company everyday pretty much.

  Waited 1 hour, then called my wife who organized to come to town and collect me 20 minutes later. No cab appeared by this time, so as past Yellow Cab driver in Brisbane l will not ever be calling again.

  Poor conduct
  A handful are good but after leaving my child at school after booking being made 2 HOURS AHEAD they remained 40 minutes late and I collected him myself I'm disgusted and after a fixed price was organise by David himself we were still being over charged and taking advantage of an 8 year Olds bank account .

  I was appalled I had to get a taxi home from the warwick hospital tried to get the taxi when I went to say where I wanted to be picked up it kept cutting out you couldn't get onto the taxi service at all I have had patella operation on my knee and can't walk home i was lucky that a descent person offered to bring me home warwick taxi service needs to get a better phone service to order a taxi it's disgusting
