  Very disappointing visited McDonalds for a coffee after dinner out with friends. After waiting about 8 minutes only person at counter finally acknowledged by staff and order taken. It sppeared more important to talk amoungst themselves than serve a customer (customer the actual reason for being there). Sign on counter advising order would be served to tables. After waiting at table returned to counter to collect food and told "get you coffee over there" gesturing to the coffee section.
  The tables were not clean the best we found had coffee spills on it others still had meal packaging and scraps left on them. Food and coffee was reasonable.
  Garbage bin was overflowing.
  The shop was not busy at all, drive through was active. Staff were not actively engaged attending to shop customers.
  Poor show McDonalds Warwick this lack of service and dirty customer area doesn't go well for repeat business

  One of the cleanest around and a great spot to stop on the New England highway. Food was unusually fresh and tasty

  We only used the mcaffe and the coffe was excellent and toasties were good.
  Much better than Glen innes which is a discrace to the Maccas name.
